Fellow LEO and I currently use a G27 because of issued ammo. The gun is snappy and during scenario based shooting drills I commonly engage the slide stop by accident and the slide locks back and I have to do a malfunction drill. I prefer the 9mm and I find 9mm to be very accurate. Hope this helps.
