Standing, two handed, unsupported, if I take my time, I'm having a good day and I had a nice bacon and egg breakfast
I can usually put all my shots into a single ragged hole at 7 yards, and about a 3" or so grouping at 25. However, I don't often shoot that way. Most of the time I shoot on the move, behind cover, etc and I adjust my speed to keep my shots more or less in a target the size of a pie plate.
