There's a program called Easy Target that does it for you.
You just need to take a picture of the target. It helps if you include a ruler (or something) for reference of known size. Then you just mark the holes and it gives you an exact measurement.
There's a bit of a learning curve to the program... well, it's a little confusing at first... but it's not too tough. Works great.
