I have asked a couple of different people and cannot get a straight answer regarding whether I can get my CHL. In Texas in 2007 I received a PI charge that is considered to be a Class C Misdemeanor and was wondering if this disqualifies me from being able to get my CHL. The website FAQ are unclear so any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Also I hope I am posting these threads in the right forums, I'm new and still trying to figure this forum out.
