Ages ago, before I knew any better, I owned a few Taurus revolvers. They all had issues ranging from minor problems like the ejection rod needing to be loc tighted, to catastrophic failures that completely locked up the gun.

Dealing with Taurus's customer service was easily the worst warranty experiences of my life. The only company to ever come close to being as incompetent, unresponsive and bold boiling was Dell.

I will never own another taurus again.


Edit to add: One thing to keep in mind is no American law enforcement or military are issued Taurus firearms. That should tell you something.
