Buying Online
When purchasing a firearm online, does the seller give you the serial number of the gun?
Just wondering since the firearm has to go to an FFL. Is the firearm sealed in a box?
What would prevent an unscrupulous FFL from maybe switching a used firearm for the new one?
I guess I just have a suspicious mind, but I don't like to chance things.
What safeguards are there in this process?
