I much prefer the speedfeed stock over a sidesaddle or bandolier. Much more streamlined and slicker than a side saddle. And the weight of the slugs further back helps with my shotgun's balance, especially when the magtube is full.
I have heard complaints about speedfeed stocks that shells can shake loose and fall out under recoil. Well, I have shot my 590a1 hundreds, possibly thousands of times. And I have
never had a shell shake loose ever...
