Finally got into the shop to fix my Geroco .357

This is the revolver I bought in FL and had shipped to VA.

Second time I took it out to shoot it, the pivot pin in the hand broke.



I also noted that the cam was worn badly though you can't really tell from the following photo.




So I made a new pivot pin and installed it in the hand by center punching the pin in the hand.

I also drove the cam out of the hammer by about a 16th inch and reshaped the face of it.



The revolver cycles very well now.

I did not heat treat the part because I have only a little knowledge of heat treating and I did not want to do more harm than good.

I'll let y'all know how it holds up.
