I found that #10 CCI primers fit my Pietta 1858s best. They're a little tight on the 1860 Colts, so it just may be a matter of trying them out.
Since black powder is so doggone hard to find around my parts, I shoot with Pyrodex P and I'm happy as a clam with it.
