9mm, 124 gr Smallball MO Bullet, Win cases, Tula primers, COAL 1.100" (this length has the lead bullet touching the lands in my Springfield XDm).

With Power Pistol powder I tested charge weights of 5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0 and 6.2. The smallest groups, in order were at 5.8, 6.2 and 5.2 grains. 5.8 grains was also the closest to point of aim.

My guess is - your bullet is different, your primer is different, your case is different, your pistol is different; therefore, you will get a different results.

Start low and work up loads carefully.
