Most experts will tell you that reloading "defensive ammo" is not a great idea if you ever have to defend yourself after a shooting...
I do reload my target ammo / tactical practice ammo....but I reload FMJ or CMJ bullets ( primarily Montana Gold ) ...and as a backup I'll use Berry's Plated ....or Rainier for a cheaper plated bullet.
