Using Shipwreck's diagram, I use #1 with my 92FS. I shoot cast bullets in the 124 grn category (actually mine cast a tad heavier, more like 128 grns with wheel weights).
What I did do, was to dab some florescent orange paint where the front dot is. I can see and line up the orange better then the white.
