I'd be really interested in the follow-up and cause. I have two friends who bought such as the ultimate defense gun for their untrained women folk - .

I've seen a Kel-tec 223 rifle crack its plastic in half on the range. Things happen. We had a VW Rabbit in the 70's - pressed a switch on the dash and the entire set of controls fell into the dashboard leaving a stencil like plastic frame.
