4064 has a better reputation as a match rifle powder than 4895 and was used by Federal in their Gold Medal Match load for a long time. Mainly this is because its burn rate changes less with pressure as you increase your charge weight. Indeed, the development at Federal of the Mk316 version M118 LR has got away from the temperature compensated RE 15 and gone to 4064 because of better behavior in high temperatures. So you may already have your best choice.

Nonetheless, if you want to see what your rifle likes, go ahead and try H4895. Some rifles prefer some powders for no obvious reason.
