I don't hunt Turkey ......but shooting # 5's ..... and if, as you say, that represents a 10" circle at 40 yards ......seems like its enough choke. Just looking at a reloading table quickly / # 5's in 1 3/4 oz ought to yield about 300 pellets.

Looks to me like you have about 25% in a 10" circle / and close to 90% in a 20" circle ......

I would say that's dense enough to kill a Turkey ( I seem to remember reading somewhere that Turkey hunters want at least a dozen pellets in a 5" circle at 40 yards / where the neck and head are going to be obviously ....) but I'll defer to " Turkey Hunters " ....

I've seen tighter chokes than that advertised ....for Turkey, etc ... so you could tighten it up a little if you think its necessary ...
