Since it wasn't even a complete sentence, does that mean I need a photo in my possession, on my camera, on my computer? I need to produce a new photo of my packed firearm every time I fly?

Uh, the "Photo of a firearm properly packaged." sentence is a photo caption from the TSA link. It snuck into Peetza's post when he/she apparently did a "Select All" and pasted the text.
