I use the same load as WESHOOT2, I get ~894fps from my 5" Springfield.

Another IPSC load is 5.2 W213 with a 230gr LRN. You can load that down to 761fps and still make major, much lighter and controllable recoil than the hot loaded 200SWC gives, less snappy and more like a push.
