Not sure the specific, but Tangfolio is an Italian manufacturer usually from what I have and have seen that makes copies of other guns for much less than the original.

I have a .22 Tangfolio that is a copy of a PPK design. Now I do like the gun and it is actually pretty accurate, but their quality and thought into the design of the copy is not always the best.

So if it looks good in hand and they don't want a lot for it, it would be fine, but make no mistake that these are cheaper guns.
