If the barrel is 22 inches it will hold 18 cartridges in the tube, if it is 19 inches it will hold 14. If it is surface rust tripple o steal wool and WD 40 will clean it right up,80 bucks is a fair price. Keep in mind Bass Pro is selling them for 160.00. I have two bought them used and out of all my .22's they are my go to guns.
