I've had good results with Hdy Interloct flat base 140s and H4831SC at 2400 fps. If I remember right, I used a mag primer. I've shot several 10-round sub 2-inch groups at 100 with this load with an 'as issue' M96. Properly scoped and bedded as a hunting rifle, I see no reason why you should not be able to get MOA 3-round groups.
