My decision on this one is easy.

For Single Action Only or cocked & locked usage, the CZ, specifically the SP-01

For decocking DA/SA operation, the SIG P226, specifically the Navy model.

SIG doesn't make an affordable SAO pistol and CZ's DA trigger pull is usually awful in comparison to a SIG's
