I use the 300 gr. Laser-Cast LFP bullets, but with W296 powder which doesn't produce the type of loads you're looking for. For those the L-C Reloading Manual suggests 2400 the same as suggested above.

From the manual:
2400 start at 13.0 gr. ; max 16.2 gr.
Those yield velocities of 986 fps and 1178 fps from a 9 1/2" Ruger SRH. Therefore you won't get quite the same velocity out of the 7 1/2".
