I have a 20 ga. 120 that my dad bought at Wally-World back in the 80's. I saved my money and bought a used wingmaster even though it cost more. The 120 strikes me as being a decent gun for most purposes but the fit and finish isn't great, the wood is cheap, mine has a fixed choke and the action seems stiffer than my 870.
Just because it's rare doesn't mean that it's valuable. I think they're rare because nobody wanted them and Winchester (wisely) stopped making them. If you can get $200 for yours, I think you've done well.
