Classifier Stages added to Shoot'n Score It

Shoot'n Score It now supports all classifier stages from IPSC (all 37 CLS stages) and also all classifier stages defined by USPSA (CM stages).

To add a classifier stage simply choose 'add classifier stage' within a match.
