The Sinclair is the best one on the market however if you need one right away look for the RCBS primer pocket uniformer.
It is of better quality than the Lyman and around the same price.
It also has a screw but it is staked so that it can't come loose and the base is much thicker.
Like I already stated if you have the luxury of time go with the Sinclair.
