For the minimal increase in size and weight (when going from a 232 to a 239) you're gaining mountains of SD capability in regards to the cartridge fired in the guns.

I would definately get the 239, but I would also keep the 232...

The 239 is a time-tested and proven gun. Carried by at least one federal agency that I know of, likely carried by more....
