To some degree, but they're also more inconsistent, prone to breakup while firing, and more difficult to load in large batches, so the lawyers would go crazy the second that anything out of the ordinary would happen. Can you imagine what would happen if someone shooting a round of skeet or trap would get one of these mixed up in their bag? Every range in the country would immediately be shut down because their range template would be too small.
