Typical twist for 7X57 with mid-weight bullets is 9"-9.5". This is also the most common twist for 7mm barrels. Oviedo Model 1893 rifles were originally barreled with a 1:8.66" (22 cm) twist for 11.5 gram (172 grain) round nose bullets, and even as bullet design progressed to 10 gram (150 grain) spitzer, the rifling twist remained the same.

I own a Ruger in 7X57, and it shoots all bullet weights well out of its 1:9.5" barrel.
