I had a small amount of leakage on my Pro Auto Disk. I keep a tube of graphite (like you puff into locks) on my bench. Each time I change out a disk I puff graphite onto the base, put the disk in place and puff onto the disk, then tighten the two brass screws firmly finger tight. That has pretty much eleminated leakage for me. I only use HP38 and Unique, but HP38 seems to flow through ANY opening.
I have also found that the adjustment of the powder through/flair die can lead to dropped powder. The adjustment of the die in or out moves the hole in the disk in relation to the drop hole in the base. Adjust the die so that the disk hole is directly over the drop hole.
A little fiddling will take care of this.
