If I am remembering correctly from other posts outside of the US that costs are very different from manufacturer to manufacturer on your side of the ocean. Might be a good idea to get some prices on the major brands being recomended here (S&W-Ruger) and go from there. Also curious if there is much of a used market?

I own 2 Ruger revolvers, a SP101 and a super Redhawk Alaskan. Both are great guns but I'm looking to get a S&W soon, I'm sure you cant go wrong with either.
