Fair enough. The PPS with 7 rounds of 124 gr is 23 oz... The CM9 with 7 rounds is 19 oz. The PPS is 21% heavier (4 oz).
If someone shoots the CM9 and likes the gun, but finds the recoil a bit brutal, they should try the MK9. The extra weight will soak up the recoil. The steel Kahrs are a bit spendy, however.
