Might I say good choice of cal! My personal favorite!

No you cannot beat free bullets!
But I do know RCBS too has a huge fallowing. Myself one of them. I d say take a look at each. I always tell my friends who are intrested in getting started that RCBS and Hornady both make good products.
See what each one offers. See if one offers something the other dose not that you may or may not want.

Now I see 2 differences in the kits. One has a spray lube for shells and the other a lube pad(which I use). The spray lube will help you from getting pressure dents and lube pad lets you lube only what needs to be. I have not personally used the spray. Hornady has a didgi scale and RCBS has a Mechanical scale. I have the 5-0-5 scale and a no name brand didgi scale. So I cannot give you a fare opinion on the scales.

Just remember not to buy Lee equipment!

Now if you want some info on 6.5x55 Swedish reloading let me know. I m currently getting my Mauser getting custom work done. This gunsmith is wicked nice and is letting me make payements! also not going to charge me a arm and a leg! http://www.customguns.us/
