. i've never hunted before in my life, and really want to approach this hobby carefully. you advice helps a lot! i'm currently working on my shot placement, and meanwhile want to educate myself on all other important aspects as well. unfortunately, my lifestyle and social circle excludes contact with experienced hunters (or any firearms enthusiasts, for that matter) - so any advice on this forum is much appreciated!!

i've already read this book. and definately plan to read this and this one. and maybe this one, too. any experience with any of them?
