but the gun shops can. Give the shop where your buddy got it from a call, explain what happened and tell them you will cover shipping fees and toss them a few bucks for their trouble. No reason why they cant accept firearm accessories when they have actual firearms shipped there.
Well, they cannot - shops cannot import/buy/sell, civilians cannot either
