It is very easy,
Go to Photobucket and setup an Account.
They will give you an adress to send pictures too.
Take the Picture with your phone, Text it to your E-mail, then look at it on your e-mail and forward it to your Photobucket account.
When you log in and look at your acount, your picture album will come up, Above the picture there is the word Share, Click on that, and it will give you options. Trace the thread that says Message Boards and forums.
Go to your website, and Paste it. Its pretty easy.
