Alliant most assuredly USED to list Red Dot for 9mm when they published a paper loading handbook...

The last one I have is 2004, and it lists:

125gr Lead
Win WSP Primer
4.5gr Red Dot MAX LOAD
1,145 FPS

The link to this manual online is now dead...
