Sure, some just flow better than others. I am using Blue Dot in one setup. Actually I am really beginning to favor the ball powders. ALso, there are some really short rod extruded powders. I think one of the 4895s is available as an "S", as in H4895S, for short rod.

That AA 2520 load of Target Shooter's looks interesting, but I really think you should give W748 a try. I knew a 700V in 7mm-'08 that shot fantastic with W748. Supposedly it was made for the .308.
