my custom long range rifle was built on an old ( 1980's vintage ) BRNO long action... when it was getting mated to a custom 6.5 X 284 barrel, my local builder said that it was one of the best machined actions he had ever worked on...

of "newer" guns ( I'm not really into that $3,000.00 price tag on guns ) but my Browning Stainless Stalkers are about the best "newer" out of box guns I own... next in "my" price range would be a couple of my CZ's
