These fasteners are available virtually anywhere. I have seen them in Ace Hardware, True Value and Lowe’s. They are usually in the back of the store in slide out draws with other small parts. I believe these are designed for 13/64" holes. I bought them to be used as a temporary measure but have never taken them out. But I can take them out at any time and reinstall the original screws.
