Bolt damage, cracked receiver ring, is consistent with a high pressure event with the bolt in battery. The fact the receiver heel is still on the rifle, (remember that slamfire thread?)

Maybe you can tell me why does not the age of ammunition matter?, what about previous storage conditions, do they matter either?
