The Nosler manual #6 does NOT list COLs for individual bullets in a cartridge. The drawing showes MAX COL as 2.260", but that does not mean that there pressure tested cartridges were all loaded to that length.
The best COL for accuracy in your gun would probably be different from their COL anyway.
Their manual does give percentage "load density" for their min and max loads, so you could use that and measurements of the water capacity of your own sized cases to get a COL that would give you the same powder space as their loads. Not sure what good that would really do for your reloading efforts, though.
