You missed the peak by a few months.

Whenever I consider a kit gun, what drives my offer is the compliance parts. The only one evident in the picture is the forend.

You may get what you have in it if you have high quality compliance parts, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Kit guns have a somewhat undeserved sketchy reputation.
