I'm a big guy with bit hands. My EDC is a Glock 19. Yeah, it's smaller than your Beretta, but I have no trouble carrying it. I've also carried a full size 1911 before in T-Shirt and shorts. The trick is a good IWB holster. There's several out there that will work. What I use comes from
www.concealmentsolutions.com and is their Black Mamba holster. It's comfortable, adjustable, and can carry damn near anything in it without much issue.
