The one time I had it, it was pretty good. It reminded me of veal, but not as tender. It was probably farm raised though (ifn' they raise those things ), as it had absolutely no gaminess to it at all. I had it at a restaurant once. They cooked it with wild strawberries and black peppercorns in a bourbon sauce. I'd have rather had a big-a ribeye, but it wasn't too shabby. I'd eat it again.
