anyone know what to load it with for home defense

NOTHING, until you have enough rounds through it to know 1) that it works at all, 2) how it shoots, and 3) that you are good enough with it not to screw up shooting it under pressure. You might change your mind about that pistol grip stock after a couple hundred rounds of buckshot at the range.

JMHO, YMMV, but watch the movie The Ghost And The Darkness if you don't yet know why smart people don't depend on an untested, unfamiliar weapon in matters of life and death.
