Looks interesting. My concern would be with buying from a relatively unknown assembler. It often happens that a barrel marked "5.56" really isn't, or that the carrier key is not properly staked, or that the bolt is cheap. I am not aware of this assembler (RPG), so I'm not aware of any way to determine the quality of the build or the components. It could be very good, very bad, or in-between. I'd do some research first before buying.
At a minimum, I'd contact Classic Arms and ask a few questions.
