No one can prove that those accidents wouldn't have happened with any other type of pistol, even DA/SA, as we don't know the full details.

If you don't like Glocks fair enough. But to keep labeling them as unsafe seems a tad silly.

Luckily Austria is far from the only country that uses Glock.

Both are fine options. Get to a range, they're both pretty common, and see what is best for you.
