I have a round, circular container for junk mail. NRA, the local Hoggly-Woggly grocery, Tru-Value Hardware, CCRKBA, 2AF, Republican Party, Democratic Party, U of Fla Alumni. It all fits quite nicely, and goes to the dumpster on a weekly basis.

I fail to understand the problem.

I note that all those mailings must be effective in their purpose. If they were not, they would have ceased decades ago.

As for the NRA, I'm unconcerned about anybody's opinion--except that of Congress, which apparently has a great deal of respect for it. (Or maybe fear. I'll settle for fear.

) The NRA's influence is second only to AARP.
