Sig has got to know about this problem but I guess they just don't care.

Once I hinged mine open (after removing the elevation screw) I then completely removed the loose Allen screw that was supposed to be holding the sight tight to the slide.
I selected a pin punch that was a slide fit in the Allen screw's hole. I then sharpened the pin punch to a point after which it then became a center punch.
I centered the rear sight on the slide, inserted the center punch into the Allen screw's hole and gave the punch a hit with a hammer. This leaves a small dent in the slide directly where the Allen screw will come to bear.
Re-install the Allen screw with some LocTite.
You might also consider enhancing the dimple with a drill bit before re-installing the Allen screw. <This is what I did with mine and it has not come loose again.
