The recipe I found was Ammonium Nitrate not perchlorate, but perhaps they are interchangable. The ratio was the same, and it was said that you don't mix the two until ready to use. I accept no liability for injuries (or deaths) resulting from using this recipe. I have never used it, and I won't until some guinea pig confirms it same (preferably a confirmation visually, but from a safe distance.)
